高等医学院校全科医学生临床技能培养对策的探索与实践——以南华大学为例

Exploration and Practice of Countermeasures to Clinical Skills Cultivation for General Medical Students at Medical Colleges and Universities——Take University of South China for Example

加强高等医学院校全科医学生的临床技能培养,是培养高质量全科医生的重要途径和关键环节。在分析基层医生知识技能现状的基础上,提出高等医学院校创建全科医学生临床技能培养的方式方法,应当合理定位教学目标,优化整合教学内容,注重全科医学思维培养,关注人文素质培养,强化质量监控。

Enhancing clinical skills cultivation of general medical students at medical colleges and uni- versities, which was the important way and key step of training high quality general practitioners. Base on the status of grassroots doctors＇ knowledge and skill, the methods of clinical skills cultivation for general medical students was established at medical colleges and universities, which should the reasonable localization of teaching objectives, the optimized integration of teaching content, pay atten- tion to the cultivation of general family medicine thought and humanistic quality, strengthen quality monitoring.
