摘要
在医学院校,班主任和辅导员是学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。由于思想不统一、职责交叉、协作方式单一、奖惩不明确等原因,现行班主任和辅导员的分工协作机制存在一定的问题。在深入分析原因的基础上,进一步探究解决途径,提出完善分工协作机制的前提、基础、关键和保障,即统一思想、明确职责、协作方式多样化、合理设置考核并奖惩。
In medical universities, both directors and tutors have played key roles in ideological and po- litical education of students. However, because of the incompatibility of ideas, the overlapping of du- ties, the simplicity of cooperative methods as well as the uncertainty of awards and punishments and so on, the current system of labor cooperation of director and tutor division has some problems. On the basis of the deep analysis on the reasons, a further research will be carried out on the solutions, and the premise, foundation, focus and guarantee that can be helpful in improving the system will also be put forward, in other words, unifying the thoughts, clarifying the duties, varying cooperative methods, and establishing reasonable evaluation rules as well as awards and punishments.
