不同剂量阿苯达唑治疗鼠旋毛虫病效果初探

Effect of Different Doses of Albendazole on the Trichinosis Treatment in Mice

使用不同剂量阿苯达唑对人工感染旋毛虫的小白鼠进行疗效试验,观察其不同剂量的杀虫效果。结果表明:应用阿苯达唑20 mg/(kg·d)×7治疗鼠旋毛虫病有很好的治疗效果,为阿苯达唑临床应用提供科学参考。

Albendazole is a broad spectrum authelmintie, which is used to get rid of roundworm, whipworm, tapeworm, cysticercosis and mouse trichinosis in the body in recent years, and have achieved satisfactory results of the test is performed with different doses of albendazole to observe its effect of different doses of insecticide. The results showed lhat albendazole 20（ mg·d） × 7 that is a very good for trichinosis therapeutic effect . This study provide scientific reference for the clinical application of albendazole.
