高温高压屏蔽电泵内部流动的三维定常流场模拟

摘要 通过对PG20L80-65-250高温高压屏蔽电泵三维定常流场分析,揭示高温高压屏蔽电泵的压力分布、汽蚀特性等内部流动规律,为提高该类水力模型效率、降低振动噪声等优化设计提供理论指导。同时,通过模拟结果与试验对比分析得知该模拟方法误差较小,可以用模拟结果代替模型试验,从而减少高温高压产品的试验费用,节约成本。 By analyzing 3D steady flow field of a PG20L80-65-250 high-temperature high-pres- sure canned motor pump, this paper uncovers the internal flowing rules of high-temperature high- pressure canned motor pump such as pressure distribution and cavitation characteristics, which pro- vides the theoretical guidance for optimization design of this kind of hydraulic models in aspects of improving efficiency and reducing vibration and noise. Based on comparative analysis between simu- lation result and test result, it is also known that this simulation method has smaller error. The mod- el experiment can be replaced by simulation result to reduce experimental expenses of high-tempera- ture high-pressure canned motor pump and save the cost.
