油泵水泵用无刷直流电机定位算法验证

摘要 提出一种汽车油泵、水泵用无传感器无刷直流电机定位算法。算法采用6脉冲方式加电,通过AD采集端采集回路电流,记录回路电流达到设定电流阈值的时间,从而依靠三相执行时间之间的关系进行转子位置检测,最终按照一个电周期内6个位置区间确定转子的位置。结合硬件测试发现,算法较传统的定位方式具有定位高效快速、适应性强、可移植性强的特点。 This paper presents a position-detection algorithm of brushless sensorless DC motor for oil pump and water pump of automobile. The algorithm is to power up via 6-pulses mode, collect the loop current through AD module, record the time when loop current reaches a predetermined current threshold, and then detect rotor position according to three-phase execu- tion time. Finally, the position of rotor was determined based on 6 position intervals in an elec- tric cycle. Compared with tranditional algorithm, it is found according to hardware test that the proposed algorithm has the advantages of high-efficiency and rapid rotor position detection, well adaptability and powerful portability.
