简要介绍了向家坝左岸电站机组推力轴承的结构特点,推力轴承的冷却方式、支撑结构,双侧瓦结构的优点及载荷均衡与否通过支柱间压力差反映出来的原理。详细地介绍了通过调整支柱高低改变每个支柱承受载荷的大小的重要性及推力瓦的调整过程和安装工艺。
This paper briefly introduces the thrust bearing of Xiangjiaba left-bank hydro- power station unit in aspects of structural characteristics, cooling method, support structure, structural advantage of double-side bearing bush and load balancing condition reflected by pres- sure difference between support pillars. The importance of adjusting height of support pillar and then changing the load bearing magnitude of each pillar is stated, and the adjusting process and installation technology of thrust bearing pad are described in detail.
