摘要
随着基本公共卫生服务项目内容的逐渐增多,考核的任务和要求也越来越高。通过完善考核制度、强化设备投入、人员培训和加强资料录入,为基本公共卫生服务信息化管理提供支撑,并依托信息平台开展基本公共卫生服务数量与质量双考核,从而实现了基层卫生机构服务模式逐渐改变,绩效考核效率显著提高,服务数量和质量同步提升。
As the content of the basic public health service is gradually increasing nowadays, there will be more items and higher requirements in the assessment. It focuses on the improvement of basic public health service informationization management by means of improving the performance evaluation system, strengthening the investment in equipment and personnel training and intensifying the input of relevant data, thus offering an information platform for the basic public health services, on which it can be assessed in the matter of both quantity and quality. Only in this way could it be possible to transform the service mode of primary heahh care institutions and promote the efficiency of perf.
