摘要
目的探讨相城区渭塘镇糖尿病俱乐部健康教育模式对糖尿病干预的效果。方法在苏州市相城区渭塘镇所在社区中,随机抽取确诊的糖尿病俱乐部患者70例作为实验组,周边社区(不开展俱乐部活动)糖尿病患者70例作为对照组,进行6个月的俱乐部活动(免费测量血压、血糖、尿常规、专题讲座、随机教育、现身教育及小组交流等),对糖尿病健康知识掌握情况和干预效果进行评价。结果干预组对糖尿病知识的掌握情况和糖尿病并发症的发生率均优于对照组。同时俱乐部形式的健康教育对糖尿病患者改变饮食习惯、进行体育锻炼、积极采取血糖监测措施以及参加知识讲座的情况也好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病俱乐部的健康教育模式有利于帮助患者获得解决问题的知识与技能,建立健康行为,提高生活质量和疾病应对能力,对社区的糖尿病患者进行健康教育与健康促进起到了积极的治疗作用,是强化糖尿病治疗的有效途径。
OBJECTIVE To explore diabetes club＇s health education mode for diabetes intervention effect in Weitang Town of Xiangcheng District. METHODS In Xiangcheng District, Weitang Town is located in the community, a random sample of 70 club patients with diabetes were confirmed as experimental group, surrounding communities 70 diabetes patients as control group, and for six months of club activities （knowledge on diabetes health conditions and the intervention effect） were evaluated. RESULTS Diabetes intervention group club for diabetes knowledge mastery and the complications of diabetes are better than the control group, and the club in the form of health education for patients with diabetes diet change, physical exercises, blood sugar monitoring measures, take an active part in knowledge lecture which is also higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Diabetes health education mode of the club is good for helping patients to obtain the knowledge and skills to solve the problem, establishing healthy behavior, improving the quality of life and improve disease response capacity, which played a positive role in treatment the community diabetes patients＇ health education and health promotion, is an effective way to strengthen diabetes treatment.
