产后即时饮食护理对减少产后出血影响的研究

The Research on Influences of Postnatal Period Instant Food Nursing Decreasing Bleeds Postnatal Period

目的探讨产后即时饮食护理对减少产后出血的影响,寻找减少产后出血、提高母乳喂养率及降低产妇死亡率的护理新模式,以提高产科护理质量。方法选择2010年3月—2012年10月在我院住院自然分娩的3 000名产妇为研究对象,将自宫口开大3 cm开始接受产后即时饮食护理的1 500名产妇为实验组,将按传统模式护理或产后即时饮食护理不到位的1 500名产妇为对照组。两组产妇在年龄、孕产次、新生儿体重、骨盆测量值和头盆评分方面均无显著性差异。分别观察两组产妇子宫收缩情况,测量产后2 h内阴道出血总量,比较两组产妇出血情况。结果实验组产妇产后子宫收缩乏力、产后出血发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实行产后即时食饮护理,可降低产后出血的危险,提高产科质量。

OBJECTIVE Inquire into the influence of postnatal period instant food nursing that reduces postnatal period issue of blood, look for to reduce postnatal period issue of blood, raise breast feeding rate, decrease the nursing of pregnant woman＇ s death rate new mode, raise obstetrics nursing quality. METHOD From October, 2012 to March, 2010, 3 000 pregnant women visited this hospital, whom the nature gives birth to baby are research objects, 1 500 among the pregnant women from temple open a big 3 cms to start accepting a postnatal period instant food nursing of press traditional mode nursing or postnatal period an instant food nursing not good enough for the experiment set of 1 500 is matched control. Two sets of pregnant women are in the age, Yun＇s producing time, new born＇s weight, pelvis measured value and head basin grade point all don＇t show no difference. Observe a womb constringency circumstance respectively, measure postnatal period the vagina bleed a total amount in 2 hours, more two sets of pregnant women bleed a circumstance. RESULT Experiment set pregnant woman postnatal period womb the constringency is tired, postnatal period＇s bleeding an incidence rate is aller obviously lower than a matched control, the difference includes a statistics to learn meaning（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Practice postnatal period instant food a nursing, which can decrease the risk of postnatal period issue of blood and raise obstetrics quality.
