鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗鼻出血65例体会

Endoscopic bipolar coagulation treatment of nasal hemorrhage in 65 cases

目的:探讨鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗鼻出血的方法和疗效。方法:回顾分析65例鼻出血患者在鼻内镜下检查和治疗的临床资料。结果:有62例经治疗后未再出血,有1例出血凶猛,采用凡士林纱条填塞2 d后再次鼻内镜下找到出血点,双极电凝止血后未再复发,2例DSA下经血管栓塞治疗后好转。结论:鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗鼻出血,视野清晰,疗效确切,且患者痛苦小,损伤小。

Objective To explore the endoscopic treatment of bipolar coagxdation method and effect of epistaxis. Methods A retrospec- tive analysis of the clinical data of 65 patients were examined in endoscopic and treatment of nasal hemorrhage. Results 62 cases after treatment, no bleeding, 1 cases of bleeding is fierce, vaseline gauze again two days later under nasal endoscope to find the bleeding point, bipolar coagulation hemostasis without recurrence, improve the vascular embolization in the treatment of 2 cases of DSA. Conclusion En- doseopie bipolar eoa^mdation treatment of nasal bleeding, clear vision, curative effect is exact, and little pain, small damage.
