输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合膀胱造瘘和吸引器治疗小儿膀胱结石及尿道结石

Ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy combined cystostomy and attracting to treat the bladder stones and urinary tract stones in children

目的：探讨经尿道输尿管镜及气压弹道碎石联合膀胱造瘘和吸引器治疗小儿膀胱结石及尿道结石的疗效.方法：采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合膀胱造瘘及吸引器治疗膀胱结石及尿道结石患儿36 例.结果：36 例膀胱结石及尿道结石患儿均一次性碎石清石,碎石时间 10～45 min,平均 20.2 min;术中及术后无尿瘘、大出血及水中毒等严重并发症发生.结论：输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合膀胱造瘘和吸引器治疗小儿膀胱结石及尿道结石具有微创、高效和操作简便等特点,可作为膀胱结石及尿道结石尤其合并急性尿潴留患儿的有效手术方法.

Objective To investigate the efficacy, of the treatment through ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy combined cystostomy and attracting on the bladder stones and urinary tract stones in children Methods Retrospectively analyzed 36 cases of applling pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope combined Cystostomy and attracting to treat bladder stones and urinary tract stones in children. Results 36 cases of bladder stones and urinary tract stones in children were one - time gravel stone clearance, gravel time was 10 - 45 rain, the average 20.2min; and had no complications such as intraoperative and postoperative urinary fistula, bleeding and water intoxication and other serious complications. Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy combined cystostomy and attracting to treat bladder stones and urinary tract calculi in children with feature of minimally invasion, high effciency and simple operation, it can be used to treat bladder stones and urinary tract stones, especially acute urinary retention in children as a effective surgical method
