血清胱抑素C和尿微量蛋白联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值

The value of combined detection of serum cystatin C and urinary microalbumin in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-c),尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2、-m)与尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-m)联合测定在糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断中的价值。方法:对82例健康体检者(对照组)及150例在不同病程2型糖尿病(DM)患者进行血清胱抑素C(Cys-c)、尿(mAlb、β2-m、α1-m)含量的测定并进行相关性分析。结果:与对照组相比,A组(DM病程<10年)和B组(DM病程10年以上)各项检测指标均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而A组各指标则低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清胱抑素C与尿微量白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白、α1-微球蛋白的联合测定可作为DN的早期诊断指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C（Cys-c）,urinary albumin（mAlb）,urinaryβ2- microglobulin（ β2-m） and urinary ct t-microglobulin （（β2-m） and in patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN） in the early diagnosis of value. Methods 82 healthy subjects（control group） and 150 cases in different courses of type 2 diabetes（DM） patients serum cystatin C（Cys- c）,urine（mAlb, β2-m, α-m） and determination of the correlation analysis.Results Compared with control group,A group（DM 〈 l0 years duration） and group B （DM more than 10 years duration） detect each index all increased obviously, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.And every index of A group is lower than that in B group,the diffexcnce was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Convlusion The serum cystatin C and urinary albumin,beta 2-microglobulin,alpha l-microglobulin determination can be used as an early diagnostic marker for DN.
