从生命哲学的角度审视教师评价,是教师评价研究的新视域,也是时代的召唤。生命维度观照下的教师评价是一项系统工程,需要坚持评价目的的生命价值导向、评价标准的动态生成性、评价实施的对话、建构过程、评价结果的发展性解释与应用。教师评价需要走理论和实践相结合的道路,在思想上,坚持生命教育理念,坚持"生命发展"的评价理念,树立"以人为本"的教师观;在实践中,让教师参与评价,构建和谐、自由的评价氛围,建立既有基本底线又有较高要求的评价标准,使教师评价立足于教师生命存在,追求教师生命质量的提高和生命价值的实现。

In the thinking, we should adhere to the concept of life education, of life development evaluation and pcople-oricnted~ in practice, it should be permitted to let the teacher participate in the evaluation, construct a free and harmonious evaluation atmosphere, establish evaluation standards that consist of both a basic bottom line and higher requirements. As a result, the following purposes could be achieved, making the teacher evaluation based on life existence, pursuing the improvement of teacher＇s life quality and the realizing teacher＇s life value.
