摘要
水库蓄水导致库区两岸地下水位壅高而产生浸没,是低水头径流式电站水库的主要环境工程地质问题之一。小溪滩水利枢纽工程属河道型水库,蓄水后地下水水位壅高给两岸库区地表水、地下水、农作物及库区建筑物等带来一定程度的影响。通过对蓄水后库区的实地调查研究,提出浸没临界高程取正常蓄水位加1 m更符合工程实际情况。可为同类工程的浸没预测、评价以及政策处理提供参考及依据。
Reservoir immersion arising from water level rising after reservoir impoundment is a main environmental issue of a low - head runoff hydropower station. Adverse impacts on surface water, groundwater and crops in the reservoir area were found after the impoundment of Xiaoxitan Hydro - complex, a river - type reservoir. Through in - situ investigation, it is concluded that the critical immersion elevation should be a sum of normal water level plus 1.0 m, and the reservoir impoundment exerts an unfavorable influence on groundwater quality. The research results provide reference values for reservoir immersion prediction, evaluation as well as decision - making.
