摘要
目的提高经桡动脉PCI术后护理文书书写合格率。方法 QC小组活动。结果经桡动脉PCI术后护理文书书写合格率由活动前的7.8%提升到活动后的95.0%,达到了活动目标。
Objective To improve qualified rate of nurse care records on postoperative transradial PCI.Method QC group activities.Result The qualified rate of nurse care records on postoperative transradial PCI increased from 7.8％ to 95％ after the activities,which achieved the target.
