目的提高流程办公效率的量化统计率。方法 QC小组活动。结果流程办公效率的量化统计率由活动前的84.39%提高到活动后的92.96%,达到了活动目标。结论 QC小组活动的开展,有利于提高流程办公效率的量化统计率,提升员工行政办公效率和各部门之间的协作能力,从而推动医院整体运营效率上升。

Objective To improve the quantitative statistical rate of the process office efficiency.Method The Quality control group activities.Result The quantitative statistical rate of the process office efficiency was improved form 84％ to 92％,which achieved the purpose of the activity.Conclusion Establishing Quality control group activities is a very efficient method to improve the quantitative statistical rate of the process office efficiency,to improve the efficiency of staff administrative office and collaboration capabilities among the various departments,so as to promote the overall operational efficiency of the hospital.
