Application of PDCA Cycle to Reduce Wet Package Rate of Rigid Containers Sterilization

目的应用PDCA循环降低硬质容器灭菌湿包率。方法在消毒供应中心硬质容器包装、灭菌工作等环节应用PDCA循环进行持续改进。结果消毒供应中心硬质容器灭菌湿包率为零,有效保证了灭菌安全。

Objective To use PDCA cycle to reduce wet package rate of rigid containers sterilization.Method The PDCA cycle was used for plan,practice,inspection,feedback and continuous improvement in packaging,sterilization and other aspects of rigid containers in sterile supply center.Result The wet bag rate of rigid containers in sterile supply center dropped to zero,which effectively ensured the safety of sterilization.
