摘要
围绕着ITIL实施的核心要素:人员、流程和工具,对医院传统IT运维模式弊端进行了分析,阐述了基于ITIL理念对医院IT部门进行改造、建立全新IT服务体系的方法和步骤,并对实施效果进行了总结。
The deficiencies of hospital traditional IT operation and maintenance mode were analyzed around the ITIL core elements:people,processes and tools.The methods and procedures to transform the IT department and establish a new system of IT service were discussed based on ITIL concepts in hospital,and the implementation effects were summarized.
