基于SEM模型的工程承包商竞争力评价实证研究

业主对承包商的选择是关系项目目标实现的关键因素。从承包商系统的角度出发建立承包商竞争力评价体系,同时针对现有评价方法的不足,提出采用结构方程建立承包商竞争力评价模型,以实际调查问卷收集到的样本统计数据运用LISREL8.70软件对模型进行处理分析,可以较好地解决对承包商评价中相关评价指标难以准确测量的问题,并以算例对模型进行具体计算,研究结果表明,该模型为业主选择合适的承包商提供了重要的工具支撑。

In the process of bid assessment, whether to choose an appropriate contractor or not is very important to the project quality. This paper sets up a contractor＇s competitiveness evaluation index system from the perspective of contractor＇s system, and puts forward by using SEM method to build the contractor＇s comprehensive competitiveness model. Using the LISREL8.70 software to analysis the data which gets from the actual questionnaire. The problem that evaluation indicators are difficult to measure is well resolved. At the end of the paper, taking an example to analysis the model. The research shows that the model provides important reference for the owners to select contractors.
