面向实践的建筑安全学科建设研究

Study on the Establishment of Practice-oriented Construction Safety Subject

建筑行业安全技术应用、安全管理及政府监管急需实践能力强的人才,在此背景下,建筑安全学科的建设必须响应现实需求。在分析建筑安全学科建设的实践要求的基础上,对建筑安全学科的人才培养能力进行划分,设计了4个模块构成的课程体系来实现人才能力培养目标。从学历教育层次、培训方式及实训基地建设3个方面提出了建筑安全学科建设模式,并分析了制约面向实践的学科建设工作推进的关键因素。

The safety technique application, safety management and government supervision of construction industry increase the demand of practice-oriented human resource sharply. In this context, the establishment of construction safety subject must response the practical demands. On the basis of the characteristics of construction safety professionals, the ability of construction safety subject education was recognized and a course system with four modules was designed. The education pattern was proposed from the academic education, training and internship. As a conclusion, the key factors of the practice-oriented construction safety subject were analyzed.
