摘要
项目组合选择(Project Portfolio Selection,PPS)是多项目管理中的一个重要的决策问题。从大量的候选项目中选出最优的项目组合非常困难,尤其是项目间存在交互作用。以往很多研究考虑了两两交互的项目组合选择问题,但在考虑3个或者3个以上项目间的交互作用时存在缺陷。提出一个改进的多项目交互组合选择优化模型,考虑3个或者以上项目间存在交互作用的复杂情况,并用NSGA-II算法有效地求解该模型,算例分析表明了该模型和算法的有效性。
Project portfolio selection is one of the most important decision-making problems of Multi-Project Management. Usually, selecting efficient portfolios from a large number of candidate projects is very complicated, especially when it comes to interdependencies between multiple projects. Previous studies to the problem have some drawbacks when they take into interdependencies among three or more projects into account. Therefore, we propose an improved project portfolio selection model which considers complex interdependencies between three or more projects, and we use NSGA-II to solve the model. The analysis of the numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
