摘要 针对我国建筑业项目管理模式与国际建筑业发展水平的差距,对12种国际上主要项目管理模式进行总结和比较,将其划分为传统模式、工程总承包模式、项目管理承包模式和其他模式,结合英国建筑业发展历程分析了国际建筑业项目管理模式的演进过程,并从社会化分工、产业生命周期和建设总成本3个视角分析了其演进机理。基于我国工程项目管理模式演进过程的问题,指出计划经济、建筑业产业结构和管理体制是它的三个成因,提出了推动我国项目管理模式发展的一些建议。研究表明,工程项目建设总成本中的建造成本、管理成本和交易成本之间的平衡推动了工程项目管理模式的演进,中国建筑业也在经历类似过程,从政府、行业和企业3个层次完善各自角色就可以推动我国工程项目管理模式的长远发展。 Aiming at the gap of development level between international and Chinese construction industries on project manage merit mode, according to the summary and comparison of 12 major modes in international construction industry, this paper divides project management mode into four categories, such as traditional mode, EPC contract mode, project management contract mode and the other modes. Then the evolution process of them was analyzed from the development of the UK construction industry. Its evolu- tion mechanism was attained from the analyses of three perspectives: social division, industry life cycle and total cost of construc- tion. Then, planned economy, construction industry structure and administrative system were considered as the drivers of evolution process in Chinese construction industry, and some suggestions presented. It shows that the balance among construction cost, administration cost and transaction cost drive the evolution of project management mode, and Chinese construction industry is ex- periencing a similar process. To the long-term development of management mode in Chinese construction industry, government, industry association and enterprises should perfect their own roles.
