摘要
对蚕沙中叶绿素酮的纯化工艺进行了研究。采用大孔树脂吸附方法进行纯化,考查了树脂型号、洗脱溶剂等工艺参数,选择最佳分离纯化工艺。结果表明:D101树脂对叶绿素铜的吸附和解吸附性能最好,纯化工艺为每1 g D101树脂上样相当于0.5 g蚕沙叶绿素铜提取液,分别以体积分数50%乙醇、体积分数70%碱性乙醇分别洗脱,洗脱流速为24 BV/h,收集70%碱性乙醇洗脱液,再经酸化得到叶绿素铜。
The purification technique of copper chlomphyllin from silkworm faeces was studied. Macropomus resin was used in purification technique. Optimum technologic parameters were optimized. The optimal procedure was 1 g D101 resin, copper chlomphyUin extract solution (0.5 g of silkworm faeces), 50% ethanol and 70% alkaline alcohol solution gradient elute, adsorbing rate 24 BV/h, 70% alkaline alcohol fraction was concenWated and acidized to obtain copper chlomphyllin.
