茯砖茶中冠突散囊菌的产孢条件研究

The Condition for Sporulation of Eurotium cristatum in Fu-brick Tea

冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶发花过程中的优势菌,研究采用微生物纯培养技术及血球板计数法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究培养温度,碳源的种类,含水量,接种量等对其孢子产量的影响。结果表明,最佳培养条件是每10 g培养物中接种量1.5 mL、蔗糖添加量1.4 g、培养温度25℃、含水量12 mL,产孢量达到6.25×109个/g,活菌数为3.48×107 cfu/g。

Eurotium cristatum is predominate fungus in Fu-brick tea. The pure culture technology and the blood cell counting chamber were used to discuss the influence of culture temperature, the type of carbon sources, moisture content and the amount of inoculation on Eurotium cristatum spores production. The results show that the best condition was that in every 10 g cheap culture medium, inoculation quantity 1.5 mL, sucrose content 1.4 g, temperature 25 ℃, moisture content 12 mL. The number of spores reaches to the number 6.25 × 10^9/g. The viable count is 3.48 × 10^7 cfu/g.
