摘要
采用离子交换法对木瓜皮中果胶进行提取。通过单因素试验和正交试验探讨了提取过程中各因素对果胶得率的影响,结果表明适宜工艺条件为:离子交换树脂用量5%,pH 1.5,提取温度80℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶30(g/mL)。在此工艺条件下,果胶得率为17.52%。
The pectin of papaya peel was extracted with the action of ion-exchange. The influent factors of single factors and orthogonal tests on the yield of pectin were studied. The results showed that the appropriate technical conditions were as follows: cation exchange resins 5%, pH 1.5, the extraction temperature 80 ℃, the extraction time 2 h, the ratio of material to extraction solution 1 : 30 (g/mL). Under the process conditions, the extract yield of pectin was 17.52%.
