The Effect of 1-MCP and Film Coupling Treatments on Storability of Lijiang Snow Peach during the Cold Storage

摘要 丽江雪桃外形美观、果型硕大,口感甜脆,营养丰富,是水果中的极品。1-MCP是一种新型的乙烯受体抑制剂,在果蔬保鲜中运用较为广泛。保鲜膜保鲜能自发调节贮藏环境中的气体成分,抑制果蔬呼吸代谢,利用低O2、高CO2的协同作用抵抗乙烯等衰老激素的催熟作用,推迟呼吸高峰,减少营养物质消耗,是一种简单,无毒的被动自发气调保鲜方法。将1-甲基环丙烯(简称1-MCP)与保鲜膜保鲜结合在低温3℃±1℃下贮藏,探讨1-MCP耦合膜袋处理对丽江雪桃的保鲜效果及机理,寻找有效、安全的丽江雪桃保鲜方法。以丽江市龙县拉市乡的丽江雪桃为试验材料,研究用1.5μL/L的1-MCP处理丽江雪桃后,用果蔬保鲜膜包装,放置在冷藏3℃±1℃条件下的贮藏效果。结果表明:在冷藏条件下,1-MCP及膜袋耦合处理丽江雪桃能够有效的保持丽江雪桃硬度,抑制丽江雪桃的呼吸作用,控制失重率的增加,保持水分,但对保持可溶性固形物和可滴定酸的含量效果不明显。 Lijiang snow peach is the fruit which has big type appearance, sweet crisp taste, rich nutrition, is the fruit of the best. 1-MCP is a new type of ethylene receptor inhibitor, in fruit and vegetable fresh use more widely. Cling film preservation can spontaneously adjust gas ingredients of the storage environment, Inhibition of respiratory metabolism of fruits and vegetables, using a low O2, high CO2 synergistic effect against senescence hormone ethylene ripening effect, delayed the respiration peak, reduce the consumption of nutrients, Is a simple, passive modified atmosphere fresh-keeping method non-toxic. The 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) combined with cling film preservation at low temperature 3 ℃±1 ℃ storage. Discuss on 1-MCP coupling membrane bag fresh-keeping effect and mechanism of the Lijiang snow peach, to find an effective and safe flesh-keeping method. The Lijiang snow peachs picked from Lashi township Yulong county Lijiang city, were selected as the experiment materials. Study on effect of 1.5μL/L 1-MCP process Lijiang snow peach, wrap packaging on storability of Lijiang snow peach during the cold storage. The results showed that at refrigerated temperature, 1-MCP and film coupled processing Lijiang snow peach can effectively maintain the Lijiang snow peach hardness, Inhibition of respiration of Lijiang snow peach, control weight loss rate increases, hold water. But it was not obvious for soluble solid and titratable acid content effect.
