摘要
针对蜜胺餐具中三聚氰胺迁移量的主要影响工艺环节,深入研究了压模温度、压模压力和固化时间等工艺条件对蜜胺餐具中三聚氰胺迁移量的影响情况。通过正交试验方法,比较不同工艺条件对三聚氰胺迁移量的影响程度,结合生产工艺经济性分析,确定了最佳工艺参数:上、下模温度分别选择190℃和160℃、压模压力选择150kg/cm2、固化时间选择60 s。
Based on the mainly effects of the migration of melamine in melamine tableware production, we deeply studied the influence of the condition of die temperature, die pressure and cure time on the migration of melamine in melamine tableware. Through the orthogonal experiment method, we compared the influence of different technological conditions on the migration of melamine. The optimum technological parameter was determining to combine with the analysis of production technology economy: upper and lower mold temperature were190 ℃ and 160 ℃ respectively, die pressure was 150 kg/cm2 and curing time was 60 s.
