摘要
对方便面含油量测定方法中的索氏抽提法进行了改进和探讨,改进法与国标法相比改变了定量对象,将接收瓶烘干增重法改为样品烘干减重法,可以同时测定方便面的水分和含油量;在索氏提取器的抽提筒内同时放置1~3多个提前浸泡的样品包,实现了多个样品同时检测,不仅节约了试剂用量而且缩短了试验时间,减少了检测量,提高了工作效率,同时对改进法和国标法进行了精密度和显著性试验,结果表明改进法可以替代国标法。
In order to determine the oil content in instant noodles, the Soxhlet method was improved. Compared with the method of national standard, the sample drying weighing method was substituted for resevoir bottles dry weight loss method. So the moisture content and oil content in the instant noodles can be determined simultaneously. 1-3 soaked samples could be measured in Soxhlet extractor at the same time. It can not only save the reagents and the time, but also improve the working efficiency. The results showed that no significant difference was found in oil contents determined by improved method and Soxhlet method; Soxhlet method could be replaced by the improved method.
