The structure composition, working principle of the steamed bread machine is introduced, and the warehouse gate, steamed warehouse sealing and conveying manipulator which are key parts of the equipment are designed and calculated in detail. The device adopts the steam pressure processing, realizes continuous operation of the bun steamed by controlling the opening and closing of the gate on both sides of steamed warehouse and decompression warehouse, greatly improving the production efficiency.
