摘要
建立了烟用辅材中磷酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱一火焰光度检测器测定方法,优化了超声提取和色谱参数。结果表明:在1-2个数量级质量浓度范围内,线性拟合度月。在0.9998以上;三水平加标回收率在90.31%~98.84%之间,检出限低于2mg/kg,RSD小于5%。该方法适用于烟用辅材中磷酸酯类增塑剂的测定。
A method was developed for determining phosphate plasticizers in cigarette auxiliary materials by GC-FPD. Ultrasonic extraction and chromatography conditions were optimized. Results showed that in 1-2 orders of magnitude range of concentration, the correlation coefficients were above 0.999 8, the recoveries were between 90.31% and 98.84%, the limits of detection were less than 2 mg/kg, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 5%. The method can be applied to the determination of phosphate plasticizer in cigarette auxiliary materials.
