一种对原料奶微生物水平进行快速评估的方法

Method on the Rapid Evaluation of the Level of Microbial Activity in Raw Milk

利用微生物活性快速检测仪对原料奶进行检测,并与美兰试验、平板计数方法进行比较。结果表明,微生物活性仪检测结果与美兰试验以及平板计数无显著相关性,但微生物活性仪检测结果可用于鉴别微生物水平较高的原料奶,并通过预培养后可进行进一步评估。由于微生物活性快速检测仪检测成本较低,在日常原料奶微生物评估中具有一定应用价值。

Microbial activity meter was used to determine the microbial activity in raw miik and the data was compared with the methylene blue test and plate count. The result indicate that the measure by microbial activity meter was not related to the methylene blue test and plate count, but the measure by microbial activity meter could be used to classify raw milk with high level of microbiology, and microbial activity meter can be used to assess the microbial level of milk. It can be applied to raw milk microbial inspection in daily work.
