摘要
以硅酸铝为助催化剂、DH-1型蒙脱土固体酸为主催化剂,研究了环氧乙烷与乙醇的醚化反应。结果表明:助催化剂的最佳添加量为DH-l催化剂用量的10%,反应液中二口恶烷质量分数可降至0.19%。助催化剂的加入,降低了对蒙脱土的技术指标要求,拓宽了对蒙脱土的筛选范围。
This thesis researches etherification reaction of ethylene oxide and Ethylene monoethyl ether. The reaction uses DH-1 Montmorillonite Solid as Primary Catalyst and Aluminium Silicate as co-catalyst. The experiment shows that the best additive amount of co-catalyst is 10% of DH-1. That can reduce the mass fraction of dioxin to 0.19% in reaction liquid. The Co-catalyst decreases the tech- nical requirements of Montmorillonite Solid and broadens the range of preparation by screening of Montmorillonite Solid.
