摘要
对以甲基异丁基甲酮为溶剂,对苯醌为原料,亚硫酸铵为还原剂合成对苯二酚的工艺进行了改进。较为适宜的工艺条件是:常温,m(对苯醌)∶m(亚硫酸铵)=1∶2.5,反应时间30min,溶剂用量为250mL,水用量为150mL,结晶后的母液每次重复套用,对苯醌转化率可达76.58%。
The synthetic process of hydroquinone with methyl isobutyl ketone as solvent, benzoqui- none as raw material and ammonium sulfite as reducing agent was improved. The optimal conditions were obtained at room temperature when m(benzoquinone) : m(ammonium sulfite)= 1 : 2.5 and reacted for 30 min with the dosage of solvent about 250 mL, water consumption of 150 mL. The crystallized of mother liquor could each repeated to paraphrasing, the benzoquinone conversion was better, could reach 76.58%, and product was a white acicular crystal with high purity.
