摘要
对以β-环糊精(β-CD)与氯乙酸为原料合成羧甲基-β-环糊精(CM-β-CD)的工艺进行了改进。优化工艺条件是:氯乙酸与β-CD的物质的量比为7.2∶1,氢氧化钠与氯乙酸的物质的量比为3.6∶1,在冰水浴中碱化30min后,继续于50℃下醚化6h。在此条件下,CM-β-CD取代度为6.7,产率为48.6%。产物经过红外光谱、氢核磁谱进行了确证。
According to the existed problems as low substitution degree and low yield, carboxymethyl- β-cyclodextrin (CM-fi-CD) synthesis process was improved by using β-CD and monochloroacetic acid as raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(monochloroacetic acid) : n(β- CD) =7.2 : 1, n(sodium hydroxide) : n(monochloroacetic acid)= 3.6 : 1, alkalized in ice-water for 30 min, etherized at 50 ℃ for 6 h. Yield and substitution degree are 48.6% and 6.7 respectively under above conditions. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and ^1H NMR.
