摘要
采用棒状薄层色谱(TLC/FID)法与柱色谱法对比分析重质油四组分试验,通过配对检验判断TLC/FID法与柱色谱法不存在显著性差异,两种方法差值小于方法再现性。TLC/FID法具有分析速度快、省时、少毒、适用范围广等特点。分析10个油样仅需1h,且准确度在薄层色谱允许误差范围之内。
This paper mainly discusses the rod thin layer chromatography （TLC/FID） analysis of y oil four component test and column chromatography compared with paired test method, there significant difference between the judgment of TL kinds of methods the difference is less than method heav- lS no C/FID method and column chromatography, two reproducibility. TLC/FID method has quick analysis speed, time saving, less toxic, wide application range etc.. Analysis of 10 oil samples of just 1 hours, and the accuracy in the thin layer chromatography allowed error range.
