矿物润滑剂对类气缸-活塞摩擦副的减摩抗磨作用

Friction and Wear Reducing Effects of the Mineral Lubricant on the Tribopairs Analogue of Cylinder-Piston Contact Mode

摘要 采用机械化学法制备蛇纹石矿物复合润滑剂,借助RFT-III型往复摩擦磨损试验机评价其对类气缸-缸套摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS)和光电子能谱仪(XPS)对磨损表面进行表征,探讨其减摩抗磨机制。结果表明,所制润滑剂具有优异的减摩抗磨特性,且与载荷、速度有关。50 N、1.0 m/s时,其摩擦因数较基础油润滑时降低约64.3%,磨损显著降低甚至呈负磨损。蛇纹石矿物复合润滑剂的作用机制为参与摩擦界面复杂的理化作用,促进碳向摩擦界面富集和氧化膜的形成,提高接触表面的润滑性能和磨损抗力。 A composite serpentine mineral lubricant was prepared by the mechano-chemistry method. The friction and wear reducing performance was evaluated by employing the RFT-III reciprocating friction and wear tester. The correspond- ing mechanism was discussed based on the wear surface characterization by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Results show that the as-prepared lubricant displays excellent friction and wear reducing performance associated with the load and velocity. The friction coefficient is decreased by 64.3% compared to that of the base oil, and the wear is significantly decreased even shows a negative value accordingly. The mechanism for the above-mentioned lubricant is to serve as a promoter for the carbon enrichment and ox- ide layer formation at the friction interface as to improve the lubricating and antiwear abilities.
