微量油膜水滴切削加工时刀具磨损的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用微量油膜水滴冷却润滑方式,研究车削45#碳素结构钢和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢时刀具磨损情况,并与干切削和乳化液切削方式进行比较。结果表明,车削45#碳素结构钢时,采用微量油膜水滴切削时有较好的冷却和润滑效果,刀具寿命比干切削和乳化液切削分别提高了1.75和1.27倍;车削1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢时,微量油膜水滴冷却润滑方式可降低加工硬化和刀具表面扩散磨损的程度,与干切削和乳化液切削相比,刀具寿命分别提高了2.22和1.45倍。 The tool wear with the cooling and lubricating of oils on water(OoW) was studied in turning 45 carbon struc- tural steel and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and compared with that of dry cutting and cutting with emulsion. The results show that OoW as the coolant and lubricant has a better effect in turning 45 carbon structural steel, and the tool life is pro- longed by 1.75 times and 1.27 times compared with the drying cutting and the cutting with emulsion. OoW as the coolant and lubricant can reduce the work-hardening and the surface diffusion wear of tool, and the tool life is prolonged by 2.22 times and 1.45 times compared with the drying cutting and the cutting with emulsion.
