摘要
选用含磷型缓蚀剂、杂环型缓蚀剂、硅系缓蚀剂及脂肪酸衍生物缓蚀剂,采用液相全浸腐蚀试验法研究水基切削液中缓蚀剂对7075铝合金防腐蚀性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)观察金属表面形态及元素分布。结果发现,硅系缓蚀剂AL是一种极为高效的铝抑制剂,但是配伍性能较差;含磷型缓蚀剂对铝合金有良好的缓蚀作用,是一类优良的铝合金缓蚀剂;高含量2-巯基苯并噻唑钠和马来酸三甘醇酯对铝合金有一定的缓蚀作用。
The anticorrosion properties of four different kinds of inhibitors to the aluminum alloy 7075, such as phos- phoric compound inhibitors, organic heterocyclic compound, silicon-based inhibitors and fatty acid derivatives were as- sessed with the liquid immersion corrosive test method. The metal surface morphology and distribution of elements were ob- served by the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and the Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The results show that silicon-based inhibitor AL is a high effective Aluminum inhibitor at very low content ( mass fraction 0.2% -0.5% in a metalworking fluid concentrate), but difficult to dissolve. The phosphoric compound inhibitors possess well anticorrosion properties, and they are excellent corrosion inhibitors for aluminum alloy. High concentration of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole sodium and maleic acid and triethylene glycol ester are only effective in anticorrosion of Aluminum alloy at high content (more than 3% in mass fraction).
