摘要
本文通过用过饱和硝盐水溶液作冷却介质淬火和用盐水—油双介质淬火处理碳素工具钢的理论依据及工艺结果的比较,对两种工艺的替代进行了研究。实验结果表明:用前者代替后者,工件的变形、开裂倾向减小,操作大大简化,生产质量明显提高.
In this paper, the theoretical foundations and technological results of quenching of carbon tool steel in supersaturated nitrate solution are compared with those of interrupted quenching (salt water-oil), and the possible replacement between the two processes is studied. The experimental results show that the former can replace the later, the tendency of the workpiece distortion and cracking decrease, the operation is simplified and manufacture quality obviously increases.
