The Way of Cultivating Core Competency in College Libraries

本文将核心竞争力的培养路径划分为:选择依托项目、培育要素能力、内化形成核心竞争力三个阶段。围绕这三个阶段,从高校图书馆的实际出发,分析论述了高校图书馆培育核心竞争力的可依托项目、核心竞争力的构成要素、培育核心竞争力的过程及方式。

This paper divides the core competitiveness cultivation path into three stages： choosing relying projects, cultivating element ability, and in- ternalizing to form core competitiveness. And starting from the practice of university library, it describes the relying projects of cultivating core compe- tency, the structural elements of core competency, and the way and course of cultivating core competency of university library.
