基于路径依赖的我国图书馆被动服务历史成因分析及启示

The Historical Origins and Enlightenment of Library Passive Service of China Based on the Path Dependence

文章基于路径依赖理论,追溯我国图书馆被动服务的历史轨迹,分析并得出主观上文化资源垄断、藏者自命清高、缺乏危机意识和客观上需求层次制约、信息成本顾虑、认知局限的原因,提出加大投入,促成个体的旧路径"解锁";以点带面,催生群体"学习效应";多方联手,发挥团体"协作效应";反守为攻,创造大众路径依赖,以促使我国图书馆摆脱困境,不断发展。

Based on the theory of path dependence, this paper reviews the historical path of passive service of library, analyses and draws the subjec- tlve cultural reasons of resources monopoly hide aloof, lack crisis consciousness, and the objective reasons of demand to restrict, information cost con cerns, cognitive limitations. This paper puts forward the strategies of increasing investment to promote individual old path ＂unlock＂; fanning out from point to area to embolic group ＂learning effect＂; playing groups ＂cooperation effect＂ all together; creating public path dependence from the defensive to the offensive, in order to make our country library cast off predicament and develop sustainablv.
