基于SoLoMo的图书馆互动服务研究

互联网及信息技术的发展丰富了图书馆的服务内容和模式,信息咨询、信息推送、读者留言反馈等互动服务也因为技术的发展而变得模式多样,并已成为图书馆服务内容中的主要组成部分。SoLoMo概念的出现为图书馆的互动服务模式构建提供了思路,文章在对图书馆目前开展的互动服务概述基础上,分析了SoLoMo概念的出现对图书馆产生的影响与意义,最后从移动化、本地化与社交化三个方面探讨了基于SoLoMo的图书馆互动服务内容。

The development of internet and information technology enrich the content and mode of library service. The mode of information consulta- tion, information push, reader feedback and other interactive services have become more diverse, and have become the main part of the content of li brary service. The appearance of the concept of SoLoMo provides the ideas of constructing the interactive service mode of library. Based on the intro- duction of interactive service situation, this paper analyses the influence of SoLoMo for library. It also studies the content of library interactive service based on SoI.oMo from aspects of mobile, localization and socialization.
