摘要
综述了核壳型聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)基乳液乳胶粒形态控制机理的研究进展,重点评述了核壳型PVAc基乳胶粒形态控制中热力学与动力学的控制作用,并对核壳型PVAc基乳胶粒形态演变模型进行了概述。PVAc基乳胶粒的热力学性质决定其最终平衡形态,而动力学条件则决定其形态演变历程。在实际聚合反应中,核壳型PVAc基乳胶粒形态是由热力学因素和动力学因素共同决定的。核壳型PVAc基乳胶粒形态演变模型的建立有助于热力学与动力学的有机结合,为深入理解核壳型PVAc基乳胶粒形态演变及其控制提供理论依据。
The recent progress on morphological controlling mechanism of polyvinyl acetate-based (PVAc-based) latex particle with core/shell structure was reviewed. The effects of thermodynamics and kinetics on the morphological controlling of PVAc-based latex particles and the morphological evolution models of PVAc-based core/ shell latex particles were mainly discussed. The final equilibrium morphology of PVAc-based latex particle was decided by the thermodynamics, and the morphological evolution of PVAc-based core&hell latex particle during polymerization was determined by the kinetics. It was pointed out that the morphology of PVAc-based latex particle under the given condition of polymerizations was controlled by the combination of thermodynamics and kinetics. The establishment of morphological evolution models of PVAc-based core/shell latex particle would contribute to the further implementation of the organic combination of thermodynamics and kinetics, and provide theoretical evidence for a deep understanding of morphological evolution and controlling of PVAc-based latex particle with a core&hell structure.
