子痫前期的流行病学研究进展

Advanced research in epidemiology of preeclampsia

子痫前期是孕产妇死亡和围产儿死亡的主要原因之一。子痫前期的发病率,世界各地报道差异较大。关于子痫前期的危险因素主要有:年龄、低文化程度、孕期体质量增加过快、维生素D缺乏、产检次数减少等。本文通过研究并分析世界各地文献报道中关于子痫前期的发病率和影响因素,为该病的防治及产前指导提供依据。

Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal death and perinatal mortality in the world. The morbidity of preeclampsia is reported quite different around the world. The major risk factors of preeclampsia are age, education, increasing body mass index, the deficiency of Vitamin D, fewer antenatal visits and etc. This paper will review the research about the morbidity and risk factors of preeclampsia,in order to provide the theoretical evidences for prevention and management.
