摘要
子痫前期(Preeclampsia,PE),尤其早发重度PE,严重威胁母儿健康。PE发病越早,病情越严重,产科结局和围产结局越差,对母儿的远期影响也越大。发病孕周也是影响临床处理与决策的关键因素。
Preeclampsia, especially early onset of severe preeclampsia seriously threaten health of mothers and fetuses . The earlier the onset of preeclampsia is , the worse the maternal and fetal conditions is , also the worse obstetric and perinatal outcomes become. Early onset of preeelampsia also has a long - term influence on mothers and fetuses. The gestational age at onset of preeclampsia is one of the key factors influencing clinical decision and management to the patient.
