气相法聚乙烯装置能耗的影响因素及节能对策 被引量:6

摘要 通过分析气相法聚乙烯装置的生产运行数据,发现电、循环水、氮气和蒸汽的消耗量是影响气相法聚乙烯装置能耗的主要因素,其中电耗所占比例最大。并提出了降低气相法聚乙烯装置综合能耗的对策,主要是对电、循环水、蒸汽、氮气等能源进行严格控制和节约使用,同时应用先进过程控制系统进一步降低装置能耗。 It was found that the electricity, circulating water, nitrogen and steam were resulted in the increase of energy consumption in polyethylene plant with gas phase polymerization by analysis of the operating data, and the electricity consumption to occupy the largest proportion. In order to control strictly and save in use of the energy the measures for saving electricity, circulating water, nitrogen and steam were proposed, and application of advanced process control system to reduce the energy consumption further.
