精锻机锤头加工及堆焊工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对精锻机锤头加工和堆焊工艺进行研究,制定了合理的锤头锻造加工工艺,能够有效节省进口锤头所需的费用。同时,堆焊工艺在锤头磨损后能够进行修复,为锤头的再制造修复提供了理论依据。工艺实验证明,按照加工和堆焊工艺制造的锤头,经过13天锻打约2000件车轴后的锤头表面只有细小裂纹,无明显的开裂及磨损现象,能够满足生产加工的要求。 The processing and welding technologies for hammer machine were researched, the reasonable hammer forg- ing processing technology which could effectively lower the cost of the imported hammer head was formulated. And the welding was used in repairing the hammer after wearing, which provided the theory basis for the remanufacturing of hammer head. The practice shows that the hammer made in accordance with the processing and welding technology has small cracks after forging about 2000 axles for 13 days, without obvious crack and wear phenomenon, which can meet the production requirements.
