轴承套圈锻件热变形收缩系数的应用

摘要 轴承套圈锻件锻造成形后,在冷却过程中会产生热变形收缩,因此需要随时测量终锻时套圈尺寸,但是套圈尺寸热检过程中通常存在误判问题。为了解决套圈尺寸热检误判问题,本文采用数理统计原理回归分析方法,研究了轴承套圈锻件热变形收缩系数的3种计算方法;并对这3种计算方法的误差进行比较后计算出"套圈锻件热检对照表";根据"套圈锻件热检对照表",对锻件锻造成形后尺寸的热检,确保锻件最终冷却后符合工艺尺寸的精度要求。 After bearing ring forgings are forged, the dimension of finished forgings is needed to be measured at any time because of thermal deformation shrinkage in cooling process. However, there is a misjudgment on dimension in the process of thermal detection usually. In order to solve the problem of thermal detection misjudgment, three deter- mination methods for thermal deformation shrinkage coefficient were studied by the principle of mathematical statistics and regression analysis method, and the deviation of the three methods were compared, then the " Temperature and dimension table on forgings" was figured out. Based on the table, the thermal detection on forging dimension was car- ried out to ensure that the cooled forgings can meet process requirements.
