摘要
为了实现夹具元件知识在设计过程中的快速重用,提出一种利用语义表达的夹具元件知识模型。该模型包括夹具元件的参数信息、规则、实体模型和装配信息。模型通过可扩展标记语言(XML)进行表示和存储。在夹具元件的快速设计过程中,通过知识模型,可以自动确定夹具元件的规格、可以参数化构建和自动装配实体模型。在CATIA环境下,开发了基于知识模型的夹具元件快速设计原型系统,并在飞机夹具的设计过程中进行了应用。通过某飞机零件的夹具单元设计实例,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。
In order to realize knowledge of fixture units reuse in design process of fixture, knowledgebased model of fixture units based on semantic is proposed, which is composed of parameters, rules, solid models and assembly information. The information model is represented and stored based on XML. In rapid design process of fixture units, specifications of fixture units can be de termined automatically,parameters modeling of solid model can be implemented and fixture units can also be automated assembly by knowledgebased model. In CATIA environment, the prototype system of fixture units rapid design is developed and applied to the design process of aircraft fixture. Effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified by design example of aircraft fixture.
