摘要
轴承的刚度受轴承的具体结构参数、工作状况等因素的影响,是非线性的。为了获得某型号深沟球轴承刚度非线性的具体参数,采用现有的测力仪和千分表,设计了测量装置。针对轴承的轴向刚度和径向刚度,分别设计了实现刚度测量的两种轴承装配结构。其中,径向刚度测量时采用修正垫片实现了对装配预紧力的调节。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对装配结构的部分构件进行了静力变形分析,验证了因该部分构件变形所带来的微小测量误差的可忽略性。采用所设计的测量装置,获得了大量有关该型号深沟球轴承的轴承刚度方面的数据,并取得了较为理想的测量结果。
Bearing stiffness is nonlinear as the concrete structure parameter, working condition and so on factors. In order to obtain stiffness nonlinear specific parameters of a certain type of deep groove ball bearing, simple measuring devices were designed using a force gauge and two dial indicators. To measure the axial stiffness and radial stiffness, two kinds of assemblage structures were also designed. In the radial stiffness measurement, a modified gasket was used to control the preforce in assembly. By using AN SYS finite element analysis software, the static deformation of assembly structure component was analyzed, and verified the small error brought by component deformation is negligible. With the measuring devices, a large amount of data about the stiffness of this type bearing was gotten, and obtained the ideal measurement analysis results.
